You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). 3. Server log files
The host automatically stores information your browser sends: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request, IP address. This is not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Contact form, phone and WhatsApp
Contact form
You may send your name, phone number (required), email, address or district, situation and message. We use the data to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and, where you tick the consent box, Art. 6 (1) (a).
Emails are sent via Resend, Inc. (USA) as a processor, based on EU standard contractual clauses. We delete the data after handling the request unless a statutory retention duty applies.
Phone and WhatsApp
The call or WhatsApp button opens the matching app on your device. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; Meta’s own privacy policy applies and a transfer to the USA is possible. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
5. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics
Subject to your consent this site uses Google Analytics. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies are activated only after you accept in the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Google Ads and conversion tracking
We advertise via Google Ads. If you consent to marketing cookies, a click on call or WhatsApp may be reported to Google. No advertising cookies are set without consent (Consent Mode v2, default “denied”). You can withdraw consent via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
Plausible Analytics
Optional privacy-friendly statistics. No cookies, no personal data stored, IP addresses anonymised. Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
6. Google Maps
The map is blocked on load. Only after you click “Load map” is a connection to Google established and your IP address may be transmitted (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
7. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Access data are processed for technical operation. Transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses. Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
8. Storage period
Personal data are stored only as long as needed for the respective purpose, unless statutory retention duties (e.g. commercial or tax law) require longer storage. They are then deleted or anonymised.
